To our families and friends who missed our big day because they are abroad or just preferred to lounge elsewhere, here is our couple's speech.....
" Hindi madali. Whenever we’re asked kung kamusta ang preparations we have that as a default answer. It’s true na mahal magpakasal ngayon tapos sandali or isang gabi lang siya mangyayari. Marami sa nakausap namin would say “sayang” but Tricia and I feel or think otherwise. We believe that no matter how hard the preparations were – God knows how much Tricia and I want to strangle each other at times, no matter how much money we spent, in the end, it’s all worth it. Being with the people close to our hearts, seeing familiar faces wear a constant smile tonight is definitely worth it. I remember Tricia telling me that someone joked, “Ang dami naman na mag pe-perform, paano yan eh di hindi na kayo ang star.” The answer is, it’s okay, it’s totally fine. We had our moment when we said “I do.” You know, it’s fine because when we planned the program ang intention talaga namin is mapasaya ang mga pamilya at kaibigan namin. We just want his night to be happy and memorable for everybody. We just want to have a good time! So, we would like to thank you for sharing this wonderful night with us. A big thank you to our family for making things easier for us by just letting us be. To our loved ones who are not physically present with us, you all know how much Tricia and I wish you lived to witness this important event in our life, we know you’re here wandering and partying with us. T our beloved friends who’ve been helping us since Day 1, you know who you are, thank you. I think we’ve already expressed our gratitude to everybody.
The message is crystal clear, My wife and I would like to end this speech by
saying, let’s all have a fun night! INUMAN PA! " |
